Sharlto Copley (District 9, The A-Team, and Europa) is rumored to be joining the cast of Disney’s live action movie Maleficent as King Stefan, Aurora’s father.  If Copley is cast in the role he will be playing the lead opposite of Angelina Jolie, who is starring as Maleficent in the film.

The film is slated to be released in 2014.
